Dear Valued Clients,

At The Tish Touch Professional Pet Styling, we are always striving to provide the very best care and service for your beloved pets. To ensure every dog receives the regular grooming they need to stay comfortable, healthy, and looking their best, we will be introducing a 12-week maximum between appointments from 2026 onwards.

This means that when you collect your dog after their groom, we'll kindly ask you to book their next appointment before leaving the salon. By doing so, you'll secure your preferred day and time, and help us keep your pet's grooming schedule consistent.

Please also note that from 2026 we will be retiring our online booking system, so all appointments will be managed in-salon at the time of your visit.

We truly value your loyalty and understanding as we make these changes, which will help us provide the smoothest, most reliable service for both you and your pets.

Thank you for trusting us with your much-loved companions - we can't wait to see them (and you!) on a regular schedule.
